Prior to joining the firm, Tom founded his own accounting firm in 1990 and practiced in Tewksbury for 21 years. He worked with a wide variety of clients in all aspects of their professional  service needs including audits, reviews and compilations as well as income taxes. Tom began performing peer reviews when the program became mandatory for AICPA membership in 1990 and has been a leader in the peer review program for many years.
