Haverhill Chamber of Commerce honors Barbara
J. Rowell with the CHARLES E. BILLUPS AWARD.
Ms. Rowell's
continuous efforts to support the Chamber through committee
work, event attendance and her role as Director and Treasurer
have had a positive impact on the success of the Haverhill
Chamber. Her actions exemplify the meaning of this award, which
focuses on an individual that has gone above and beyond what is
expected of a Chamber Director.

resides on the Board of Sage Bank and is also a member of the
Lowell Rotary.
Maria Marchand
currently resides on the Board for the Salvation Army and also
sits on a committee for the Mass Society of CPAs
Thomas Kirwin is a member of the Peer
Review Committee for the MSCPA
Barbara Rowell is a Corporator for the
Pentuckett Bank and also the Treasurer and Head of Finance
Committee for the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce, and a
board member with the Northern Essex Community Colllege
Foundation.
Jennifer DiPrizio resides on the Board for Not for
